Kinetic targets top quality assets, with investment sizes ranging from US$25million-$200million per transaction. Kinetic typically targets value added assets, with focus on recapitalizations, mezz loans, and outright acquisitions of real estate assets in need of market repositioning and enhanced management.

Kinetic is strategically sensitive about maintaining a diversified portfolio, and intentionally focuses on a wide variety of real estate asset classes; consequently, its asset class targets are very broad including: seniors housing, hotels, office buildings, retail, master planned communities, land, condo projects, apartments, and industrial projects.

Kinetic encourages joint ventures with respected local entrepreneurs, or outright acquisitions; and would also buy debt positions on assets, and/or assist current borrowers with workout situations.
